Bill Withers - Ain't No Sunshine sheet music

In 1971, Bill Withers composed one of the most beautiful songs - Ain't No Sunshine.

Bill Withers was one of the most loved American artists.

He lived between 1938 and 2020, died at the age of 81, leaving behind a handful of incredible songs.

He sang mainly soul, R&B, and smooth soul and played guitar and keyboards.

Withers released in July 1971, the single Ain't No Sunshine, as part of his album named Just As I Am.

The song has on its B-side the track Harlem, which was written by Bill Withers and produces by Booker T. Jones.

The song won the Grammy for Best R&B Song in 1972 and it was Withers’ first gold record in the U.S.

Because of its success, the song has been covered by many artists and famous bands, such as Michael Jackson in 1972, The Nylons – 1998, Rockmelons in 1991, or Boris Gardiner in 1973. The song was also used in media in commercials, movies, and TV Shows.
