The Beatles - Let It Be sheet music

Let It Be is a song by The Beatles from their last studio album with the same name.

It was recorded in three days. The first day in the Apple Studio was on January 31, 1969, the last two days in the EMI Studios were on the 30th of April and the 4th of January 1970.

It was released as a 7-inch vinyl record on the sixth of March, 1970, as the lead single from the album. The single’s B-side is You Know My Name (Look Up the Number).

An alternate mix was featured on the album.

It has been the last single that also included McCartney, who unfortunately left the band afterward.

Being a rock and pop song with gospel influences, Let It Be has been written by the famous Lennon–McCartney duo.

McCartney was also the lead singer for the song.

George Martin produced the song’s single version while American record producer, musician, and songwriter Harvey Phillip Spector produced the album one.

The alternate mix features a different guitar instrumental, as well as orchestral changes.

It debuted at a record sixth place on the Billboard Hot 100 charts.

It was the highest-ranked debut at that time. Eventually, it reached first place.

A mixed version of the single was used on the compilation-only album titled 1967-1970.

An unreleased version of the free Let It Be piano sheet music was remixed by English musician, recording engineer, and record producer Glyn Johns in 1969.

In January 1970 Johns took another chance to remake it into an LP version.

Unfortunately, it remained unreleased as well.

Let It Be by The Beatles is one of the best songs ever, placed at number 8 on Rolling Stone`s list from 2010.
